Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the return or exchange of any item, provided the following conditions are met:
All return or exchange requests must be communicated in advance via email. If a product is returned without prior notice or in violation of the terms below, it will not be accepted.
If any of the following situations occur, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately (for cases 2 and 3):

In the case of returns due to change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
• The first step is to contact us as soon as possible and within the legal return period.
• Once contact is confirmed, the product must be sent back to our office within the legal timeframe (the return address will be provided upon notice of withdrawal).
• The product must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached. It must not show any signs of use, stains, washing, alterations, odor, or damage.
• The reason for the return or exchange must be specified and included with the returned product.
Shipping Timeframes & Fees
• Orders paid by credit card are processed immediately or within 24 hours. Orders paid by bank transfer may take up to 72 hours.
• Your order will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery will be made using the method selected at checkout and will follow the estimated shipping times provided by the carrier. These may vary depending on city, country, or time of year (e.g., holiday seasons may take longer). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
• Approved purchases will be shipped within a maximum of 2 business days (starting from payment confirmation).
• Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping fees may vary depending on destination and package weight.

We offer free shipping on purchases over:
• Portugal: €50
• EU: €70
• Rest of the world: €90
Flat shipping rates:
• Portugal: €3,50
• EU: €8
• Rest of the world: €15
